Bucci's Sani Clean Carpet Cleaners
Sani Clean has been in the cleaning business for over two decades and uses the highest quality equipment to clean wall-to-wall carpet, oriental/area rugs, and furniture with a safe and quiet truck mounted system. Bucci Flooring Division
Our Flooring Division uses both DustFree and Conventional sanding methods to refinish wood flooring. Custom stain matching and application is available as well as polyurathaning and other clear coatings. Newer "Greener" (low VOC) standards are followed with the use of the best stains and coatings on the market. Refinishing of stone, concrete, and commercial flooring is also available. (518) 936-1719
Office Cleaning Division
A manager will meet with you to set up or recommend a schedule that works for you (weekly, biweekly, monthly, as needed, etc.) to perform cleaning services to the extent you decide. Services include vacuuming, sweeping, moping, dusting, furniture polishing, Bathroom/Kitchen cleaning (sinks, counters, toilets, mirrors). Floor Stripping, waxing, and polishing services are available as well. This service is often a great way to reduce in-house cleaning costs and assure a clean and happy workspace. Property Managers often take advantage of the one time cleaning packages geared toward getting properties ready for resale/new tenants or cleaned up post new construction/renovation. (518) 936-1719
Earthworks
Earthworks is a Landscaping and Excavating company that can beautify your grounds on a onetime or ongoing basis. From finish mowing to brush hogging they have the equipment to do it right. They can plant new shrubs, trim existing hedges, or bring in topsoil for a whole new garden. If you need a larger scale project performed such as a transvap septic system, drainage systems, stonework or earthmoving, they can take care of that for you as well.
Bucci Industrial Painting and Fireproofing Division
Our Industrial Painting Division is able to work onsite at your plant/facility or offsite and out of the way on pipe/tanks/components/parts/etc at our own enclosed facilities. Our mission is based around corrossion control and protecting assets. Proper prep including powerwashing, grinding and sandblasting assures profiles and a solid base for coatings. Attention to specs, SSPC/NACE standards, use of the right top quality and specialty coatings (Carboline/SW/PPG) including epoxy/urathanes/ureas/mastics, as well as proper application assures a long life for coatings and substrate surfaces. Areas of focus include Primary and Secondary Containment, Pipe, Ductwork, Motors, Framing/Support Structures, Power Generation, Food Processing, Warehousing, Prisions, Skids, Concrete Flooring.
